Name: Elena Pezzini (Our Head Coach and Director)
Specialisation: Business & Life coaching as well as Hypnosis

A native of Italy, Elena moved to the States to pursue her higher education. After earning B.S., M.S. degrees in Applied Psychological Science and Organizational Development, and Hypnotist Certification, she began work as a coach and consultant for a number of Fortune 400 companies.

For Procter & Gamble, Elena delivered hundreds hour training program on diversity-awareness and work-from-home skills to more than thousands employees at all organizational levels. As a result, job satisfaction and employee retention rates increased by 85%. In less than two years, department sales profits improved 80%.

Now a highly desired coach at coaching courses, boot-camps, and events around the world, Elena appears regularly with her business partners. Born in Sweden, Malin is now living a mobile life, traveling the world with Australia as her current home base.

Based on the wealth of experiences from her life on the road, she functions as a guinea pig for THINK Global School – the world’s first global mobile high school.

Her deep understanding for personal growth is ignited by her fascination for the human mind. More than a decade of experiential learning has awakened a subtle wisdom.

Malin combined her formal education with entrepreneurship, networking and a range of projects evolving around people.

With a passion for connecting people, Malin has started and developed various non-profits and networks, mostly with an entrepreneurial touch.

Malin’s number one network is Sandbox, a community of bright young leaders determined to change the world by creating innovative ventures.

During 2010 she’s writing a book about the essence of contribution and the core of win-win, based on conversations with creative, wealthy and visionary minds.

Name: Ivan Cooke
Specialisation: Wealth and Business / Men's Issues / Stress Management

Currently living in Canada with his wife Angelina and seven children. Ivan J. Cooke has been a specialist in the financial and business development arena for over 14 years, as well as having owned,  operated and sold for profit a number of businesses in that time. He is currently the founder and President of the Higher Life group of companies which include Higher Life Solutions International (a business development and wealth education company), Higher Life Estates Inc. (a real estate investment and development company) and now a new division… Higher Life Coaching! In 2009, Ivan completed the equivalent of a Masters degree in Personal Development and Leadership training.
